My name is Alderman Samantha Nugent, and I am the proud Alderman of the 39th Ward.
Almost Six years ago you placed your trust in me to prioritize a safe and thriving 39th Ward. Since then, I've fought for more resources to deter and solve crime. I've brought unprecedented capital improvements to neighborhood schools. I've helped businesses across the ward navigate the pandemic to keep their doors open and their employees on payroll.
My priorities haven’t changed, but our work isn’t finished. Despite all we have accomplished together, we face even more difficult challenges ahead.
